“This has a really interesting flavour – the orange element is juicy and mouthwatering without being overly sweet, with a bitter finish, underpinned by enjoyable savoury notes.”

“Deeply caramelised on the nose, this glossy chutney has a pleasingly spoonable texture”

“This would go really well with pork pie, pate, cold duck and all manner of cheeses and could be used as an ingredient. We can see it improving in the larder.”
