Our Story
Matthew’s Preserved ® was born out of finding solace in what was a chaotic time for owner Matthew. He began creating preserves in his rural Nottinghamshire kitchen and devising and perfecting artisan chutneys, jams and marmalades. This love and dedication to the art of preserves led to Matthew winning his first of many Great Taste Awards and a 3 star no less!
