Our Three Fruit Marmalade came highly recommended in the Dalemain Awards 2020. It is made from the left over peel of the Orange Chutney, and the peel and fruit from grapefruit and lemons to give a sharp yet sweet tasting preserve. Nothing is wasted from any of the fruit as the seeds are even used to add additional pectin to ensure the marmalade sets.
Ingredients: Lemon (7%), Orange (7%), Grapefruit (7%), Sugar, Water
